Located on the building’s 1st floor with 5 steps up to the entrance, Southtown Studio Especial has everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. An elegant and fully equipped kitchen, open living area with queen bed and full-size sleeper sofa, and private 3-piece bath are styled with modern, high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. Free Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable, and an HDMI cable to iPhone connector is readily available to watch TV shows and movies on the TV from your phone. A Keurig coffee machine, complimentary curbside street parking, and on-site laundromat add to the list of thoughtful guest amenities.

Guests can access the building with the security code as well as back street entry to the property. Laundry unit is also accessible with security code provided upon check- in.

Southtown Studio Especial is in the incredible King William-Southtown area of San Antonio that is rich with culture and history, and close to several of the great activities the city of San Antonio offers including Fiesta events. Other things to note
Covid19 precautions taken
1. Studio is blocked after guest check out and unavailable for new guests until next day
2. All handles, counters and remote controls are sanitized along with normal cleaning procedures
3. We use mattress and pillow protectors ( even prior to Covid)

There is free curbside street parking right outside the unit. There are no reserved spots but there is always a spot available and there are also paid parking spots a block away. The laundromat is located across the hall.
